Where
can I get Eek on video/DVD/etc?
- You can't. Only one VHS tape was released for
Eek in the United States, and finding this tape can be challenging. Try eBay, or Amazon as
sometimes a copy will come up for sale. In Europe, things were a bit
better and TWO DVD's were released in multi-language format with 4
episodes each. Unfortunately there is no English dubbed versions
-
Does Eek the Cat still air?
- Unfortunately as of August 17, 2005
no US station U.S. station carries Eek! the
Cat. We, here at Eek-the-Cat.com have stayed abreast of the situation,
and Eek is being shown in other markets occasionally on JETIX. Eek can be seen in Norway, Poland, Peru,
and a few middle east countries. All have been dubbed, and I've been
told it loses much in the translation.
How did you ever come up with this site?
- Originally this site was meant to showcase my Eek! the Cat toy
collection. As time has gone by, many of the best Eek the Cat web sites have faded from
the net. I've taken it upon myself to provide all the information I can about Eek the Cat,
The Terrible Thunderlizards and Klutter, as well as other projects the talented Savage
Steve Holland and Bill Kopp are doing, or have done. As a result, this site has grown
considerably.
How come you don't have JPG's or WAV files for downloading?
- Do MP3 Files count? As for other stuff, there are other sites still on the net that have
done a great job on getting the files out to the masses. Thalantis has the best source
for all Eek the Cat images, sounds and movies.

What can I do to help bring back Eek! the Cat?
- Although originally a Fox Kids show that was
later featured on Fox Family Channel, and then Fox Kids overseas, it is
now owned by Jetix. More
information can be found at Eekstinction
Central, which is trying to petition Jetix into airing Eek again.
Where can I buy these neat toys?
- These toys are no longer carried by any major retail outlet. Sorry. Try your local flea
market/Swap meet/Boot sale. Also try this link to Eek!
the Cat on eBay or your favorite Auction site or you can try other sources on
the net. Doing a web search for fast food toys brought up a few of the rarer Eek the Cat
toys for my collection. You have to be patient and be persistent.
Will you sell me a few of your toys?
- No.
What was the most expensive toy you bought?
- Although most of these toys are hard to come by, some are harder than others to find.
Eek! plush doll in box took me the longest to find, while a new tic-tac-toe game I
had never heard of came up for auction a little while ago, and since it was the only one I
had ever seen, I paid a heck of a lot more than I should have.
How old are you?
- None of your business.
